Following the inaugural multi-sectoral meeting to do with the National Alcohol Control Policy Of Uganda held at the World Health Organization offices in Kololo, we were part of , we have convened at the Office of the Prime Minister this morning for a follow-up meeting. A good roll of feedback was made by a number of stakeholders - ranging from who has started implementing what, how far with developing a framework for a multi-sectoral response to the prevention of alcohol harm in Uganda among others. We've had representation from Ministry of Health, our Secretariat, World Health Organization Uganda, Uganda Revenue Authority Uganda, Uganda Cancer Institute, State House, Ministry of Education and Sports, Uganda Non-Communicable Diseases Alliance among others. We look forward to our future endeavours.
