For three days this week, we have been involved in the National Mental Health Conference. 

This has been the third mental health conference, at national level. 

The theme for the conference was, "Strengthening collaboration and partnership for better mental health services in Uganda". 

The thematic areas of the conference this year included "mental health and livelihoods", "mental health in schools and other learning institutions", "mental health, GBV and the law" as well as "mental health in emergencies". 

Our Chairperson Ms. Juliet Namukasa made a special appeal to the public:
