Thank you for being with us, on the last 3 webinars on the Alcohol Policy Event Series for the Africa region.
Today, we held the fourth and final webinar on these series.
Our guest speakers for the day came in from Ghana, Uganda, Senegal and Zimbabwe.
- Our first speaker of the day was Ms. Christine Namazzi Beepath, Clinical and Counselling Psychologist, Addiction Professional, ICAPII. She shared with us on "Re-framing the future; mobilizing communities to support the implementation of evidence-based alcohol policies".
- Our second speaker of the day was Mr Baguma Richard, Executive Director, Uganda Health Communication Alliance (UHCA). He shared with us on the subject of "Advancing Countermeasures for the alcohol industry distribution paradigm shift".
- The third speaker on the webinar was Ms. Anna Nabulya, Deputy Director, Uganda Youth Development Link (UYDEL). She shared with us on the topic of "Community engagement and Bub-National interventions to control alcohol-related harm; “Alcohol, drugs & smart Parents"".

Mr. Alioune Diouf Raphael, Executive Secretary Senegal Alcohol Policy Alliance (SenAPA) also shared with us on "Alcohol Control Policies; Opportunities for ecosystem protection & environmental improvement".
- Professor Nazarius Mbona Tumwesigye shared with us on the topic of "Compliance and Enforcement of alcohol restrictions in low resource setting: Lessons for the new policy in Uganda".
- Finally, Mr. Tungamirai Zimonte, Executive Director, Youth Against Alcohol & Drug Dependence (YADD) Zimbabwe shared with us on "Urgent solutions for urgent times; Mobilizing and allocating resources for alcohol control policies".
