From the 13th of May 2025 to the 16th of May 2025, we are very glad to have participated in the 3rd Mental Health Awareness Camp, that took place at the Parliament of Uganda.

Themed, "Breaking Barriers: Accessible Mental Health Services for All", this event attracted a number of stakeholders including clergy, mental health professionals, government officials, Members of Parliament, civil-society members et cetera.

Activities undertaken at the camp included policy dialogues and keynote speeches, panel discussions and presentations, free mental health screenings and counselling as well as exhibitions and community forums.

On day 2 of the camp, Dr. Jatho Alfred represented us at plenary Session 2: Mental Health Policy & Advocacy Panel, where he spoke elaborately on "Alcohol Policy & Public Health".

On day 3, we did have Ms. Nakiwala Joanitah, Ms. Afaayo Josephine and Mr. Nsubuga Shafik leading in exhibitions of our exhibition stall.

We look forward to the next mental health awareness camp!
