We spent the day yesterday in Entebbe, on the  SAFER Initiative in Uganda. We were alongside Members of Parliament,  Uganda Parliamentary Forum on Mental Health, Ministry of Health and WHO Uganda and it was aimed at interacting with the Members of Parliament more about the key indicators of effective regulatory measures to reduce harmful use of alcohol.
