Today, we joined our colleagues Uganda Youth Development Link, ISSUP, Ministry of Health as well as Uganda Cancer Institute on a webinar that elaborated more on the harm caused by alcohol in Uganda. During this webinar, Dr. Alfred Jatho from Uganda Cancer Institute re-iterated the fact that in 2019, Uganda ranked as the 8th-leading country in the world with 12.48 litres of pure alcohol per capita. It's no brainer that we must all double our efforts in advocating for a country free from alcohol harm.
