Today, we spent our afternoon with a group of learners at Kawempe Muslim Primary School. Alongside Ms. Fiona from Ministry of Gender, Labour and Social Development - specifically Sauti 116 Helpline and Ms. Wendy Ruth from Kawempe Division's Probation Office, we interacted with members of the Primary 7 class on gender-based violence (how they can identify it, how they can fight it in their respective capacities, where they can report it et cetera) as well as listen to their experiences on it. We were represented by our Projects Officer Ms. Namwero Daphine and our Social Media Lead Ntensibe Edgar Michael. .
